To get this great submarine, beat the game on medium difficulty, and when fighting Mr. Phatt, you must use a combo attack with a minimum of 48 damage.

Beat game as Mr. Phatt on "captain" difficulty level, then defeat all bosses with a final score above 1 million points.
Abandoned Submarine
Beat game as agent 326 on "captain" difficulty level.
Overseer Submarine
