In Friendly or Tournament mode, go to the team selection screen and press, L1 L1 L1,Right. You will hear a sound if you have done it correctly. Go down to 'Europe' and press Left. This will change it to secret. The 1966 England, world cup winners, team will appear below it for you to select.

On the team selection screen, press R1,R1 ,R1,Right.
