Cool Menu:
On the title screen, press Triangle, Up, Right, Down, Left, Triangle, Left, Down, Right, Up, Triangle. On the main menu, a new option should appear called 'Cool'. You can now choose open all options to access any level.
View All FMV:
Go to the 'Cool' menu and get to the level select screen. Then hold Square and then press Start.
50 Lives:
Enter the 'Cool' menu code and then start a game. Pause the game and then press Square.
