Hint :
On the main screen move over the options menu and hold X and Y then L and R (all 4 at the same time eventually), and you'll get a cheat menu.
Code :
In the cheat menu, highlight "Super Tires" and do the following:
QUICKLY hold R Trigger and press X X X, let go. Then QUICKLY hold L trigger and press A A Y. Super Tires will be unlocked.
This gives your car super grip and super performance on and off-road.
