Earn Money Constantly:
If you are running in DOS, when you first start
a new city, type fund, and click yes, then type
fund again and click yes. Pull down your windows
menu and selectbudgets. Beside bonds, you will
see an open book, click on it. Clickon issue bond, and click on yes, click on repay bond, and click on yes,then click on issue bond, then click on yes, then click on repay bond, and click on yes, then click on issue bond, and click on yes, then click on repay bond
and click on yes, then click on repay bond, and then click on yes. If you do this correctly, and do not mess with bonds anymore in the game you will receive $1,554,127 dollars at the beginning of every year

Get $500,000:
Type in BUDDAMUS at any time while playing and get $500,000... no strings attached! You can type it in and multiple times to get as much money as you want.
Get Lots of $$$$$$:
Type Imacheat at any time.

Start a new city and type "fund" to issue a bond at 25% interest. Select the "Yes" option to confirm. Repeat this step to issue a second bond. Then, enter the budget window and issue a real bond. The interest should now be displayed as ".%". Select the "Yes" option to confirm. Your city should now receive approximately $1 million per a year.
While playing a game, press [Ctrl] + [F3]. Then, click on the "Rotate Counterclockwise" icon. Click on the resize box in the lower right corner of City Window. Click on the status window. Click on the "Population" icon. Click anywhere in the city window. Pull down the "Disasters" menu and select the horizontal line between "Riots" and "No Disasters".
Shoot down helicopter (DOS and Windows versions)
Click on the centering tool, then click on the helicopter.
