Easy Style Points
To get some easy style points all you have to do is do a lot of wheelies. To do a wheelie while you are driving just pull back on the left analog stick. Be careful not to do a wheelie while you are on a curve, you can steer while doing a wheelie but it is not very easy.

Lots of Fabrication Points
To get lots of fabrication points do Paulie\'s first mission a lot of times. If you get a bronze cup that is ok because you will still get about 300 fabrication points. If you get a gold cup you will get close to 700-900 fabrication points. Other ways to get a lot of fabrication points is to try to get a gold cup on every mission and you will also unlock new bikes and 3-4 new parts.
