When you obtain Black Widow\'s laptop give it to Wiatt Wingfoot. Go on a mission, come back and go into Ironman\'s lab under the waterfall. Talk to the sneaky looking dude in the gray jacket. Talk to him a few times until one of the possible things to say is \"I know the password\".
